Check In:

4pm daily.

Check Out:

11am daily.
Late checkouts can granted at a charge, but are not guaranteed.

If a guest does not check out at the appropriate time, RMRL has the right to automatically apply the Late Check Out charge at $35 plus GST for 1pm and $75 plus GST for 3pm. After 3pm a full nights charge will be applied.

Hours of Operation:

During the Ski Season the office is open 8am to 5pm Sunday to Wednesday and 8am to 8pm Thursday to Saturday. In the summer, the office is open 9am to 5pm Sunday to Wednesday and 9am to 8pm Thursday to Saturday. Outside of these dates, 9am to 5pm.

Specific Unit Limitations: 

Whilst we make every effort to place guests in their selected unit, due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, we are not able to guarantee specific units or rooms. We ask you to understand that between the time of booking and your arrival, maintenance issues can develop, condo sales can occur and other circumstances beyond our control can render a specific property uninhabitable.

Weather: 

We do not offer any refunds, in whole or in part, due to inclement weather. We strongly suggest looking into Travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase a policy to cover your vacation costs in case of illness, inclement weather or other unforseen events.

Pet Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer pet-friendly rentals. $1,000 charge will apply to any guest who brings a pet into one of our condos. Thank you for understanding.

Housekeeping:

All units have been thoroughly cleaned and stocked prior to check in. There is no daily Housekeeping service but can be requested for an extra charge but may not be granted during busy periods of business.

Occupancy Maximums:

All units in our rental program have maximum occupancy limits and any violation of these limits may result in eviction of the entire party.

High Speed Wireless Internet:

RMRL offers wireless a complimentary high-speed Internet access.

Renters Responsibility:

Skis and Snowboards are not to be stored or brought inside of the Condo and are to be stored in assigned storage locker or garage. Guests are asked to refrain from wearing outdoor footwear (i.e. ski boots) inside. RMRL caters to family and mature adult groups, undue noise, unruly behaviour or damage to a unit will result in immediate eviction of the entire party, and all prepaid rents, deposits and purchases shall be non-refundable.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

RED’s Clean Conscience Contract is our promise that you can plan your escape with total peace of mind. We require a 25-percent deposit upon booking and you have until 30 days before arrival to cancel your booking with a full refund. If closures of the resort, the border, or the airport are required due to COVID-19, you will receive a hassle-free, 100-percent refund (not a credit) regardless of how soon your trip is coming up. This COVID-19 clause counts regardless of timeline or notice because, as we’ve all seen, travel restrictions and changes can happen fast. We want you to book with confidence and we are confident that our Clean Conscience Contract is a win-win.
