CLEAN CONSCIENCE CONTRACT

RED’s Clean Conscience Contract is our promise that you can plan your escape with total peace of mind. At the time of booking, we require a 25-percent non- refundable deposit. The remaining balance for your reservation will be taken 30 days before your arrival.

Of course if closures of the resort, the border, or the airport are required due to COVID-19, you will receive a hassle-free, 100-percent refund (not a credit) regardless of how soon your trip is coming up. This COVID-19 clause counts regardless of timeline or notice because, as we’ve all seen, travel restrictions and changes can happen fast. We want you to book with confidence and we are confident that our Clean Conscience Contract is a win-win.
